About the Role:

We are seeking Support Workers to join our community care team in Shepparton. As a Support Worker, you will be supporting individuals with daily activities such as cooking, cleaning, and personal cares.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting clients with mobility and prompting with medication">
  • Supporting clients to achieve their goals and make choices in partnership with other support networks">
  • Promoting customer choice, positive routines and activities ensuring they are meaningful to the customer">

What You Will Bring:

Ideally, you will have some experience in the health sector, but if not, we would still love to hear from you if this is a career you want to pursue and you have the right 'can-do' attitude.

We offer full training and orientation, and a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (essential). You must also have a valid Driver's Licence and insured, reliable motor vehicle.
