We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in a high-quality hotel or restaurant environment and possess excellent culinary skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the preparation and service of food, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times. They will also be expected to develop creative menus and contribute to the smooth, safe, and efficient running of the kitchen operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of creative menus and contribute to the quality of food served in the restaurant.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines and company standards.
  • Work closely with the kitchen brigade to ensure seamless communication and effective teamwork.
  • Participate in menu planning and stock control, taking into account business levels and customer demand.
