A dynamic and creative kitchen team is seeking passionate cooks to join their à la carte culinary environment. We invite you to apply for this exciting role.

Available shifts will predominantly cover afternoon/evening hours with start times of 12pm, 1pm or 2pm.

About The Position
  • Assist in preparing and producing various dishes as part of a high-volume kitchen team.
  • Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of our menu offerings.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to meet health and safety standards.
  • Learn and develop culinary skills under senior chef guidance.
  • Assist in receiving and storing food and supplies effectively.

Chef de Partie:

  • Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and oversee food preparation.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure all dishes meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized and safe kitchen environment.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies and minimize waste to optimize kitchen efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team on menu development and special event planning.
About You
  • Culinary degree or relevant training is desired but not essential.
  • Previous experience in an à la carte kitchen environment is required.
  • Comfortable working in Grill, Pans and Fryer sections.
  • Previous hotel or banquets experience can be advantageous.
  • A passion for culinary arts and creativity is essential.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills are necessary.
  • Evening and weekend availability is expected.
