The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated natural leader who doesn't hesitate to be hands-on, with a passion for food and executing restaurant operations. As a Store Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising the opening & closing shift operations of the store, including variable shifts;
  • Supervising & coaching team members to deliver exceptional ZSG experience;
  • Delivering ZSG food quality & safety standards;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of Team Leader experience;
  • A positive 'can do' attitude;
  • A passion for food and executing restaurant operations;
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently;
