**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Assist driving a customer-centric culture, creating an exciting, educational and seamless experience with every interaction
- Oversee the visual merchandising of the store
- Motivate and lead the sales team
- Customer dispute resolution
- Manage the store deliveries, stock transfers, stocktakes, inventory etc
- Assist the interior stylist with our in-home stylist service and installation when required

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- Excitement for our furniture and décor range. You are selling it so you need to love it
- Experience in a similar role, supervising teams in a retail environment.
- An open and supportive leader, with the ability to motivate, empower and inspire a team to achieve success.
- An eye for detail
- Exposure to stock management would be a bonus
- Retail Express and Shopify experience would be favoured immensely
- High computer literacy is important

**HOW TO APPLY**:
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
