Airport Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the provision of Occupational Health and Safety guidance to foster a positive safety culture with robust reporting mechanisms.
- Ensure compliance with relevant procedures, regulations, and client requirements.
- Lead optimal operational efficiency through effective planning and management of manpower, including rosters, training, and leave, as well as overseeing key cost areas and revenue capture.
- Monitor, manage, and report on airport performance, analyzing scorecards and identifying operational weaknesses to implement corrective strategies.
- Manage the safe and secure operation of all equipment, overseeing costs for repair and maintenance.
- Develop a positive team culture by actively managing individual performance, addressing escalated grievances, complaints, and disciplinary issues.
- Maintain effective communication and relationships with key stakeholders in the airport community.
