Digital Experience Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Experience Lead to join our team. In this key role, you will lead the design of accessible, user-centric digital experiences for NSW Courts and Tribunals.
This is a senior leadership position that requires strategic thinking, deep experience in UX/UI design, service design, and digital product development. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end UX/UI design across discovery, prototyping, and iterative development, collaborating with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver impactful digital solutions.
You will ensure accessibility, usability, and brand alignment across all digital touchpoints, drive innovation and continuous improvement in service and product design, manage complex work packages, and contribute to business case development and investment planning.
The ideal candidate will have proven leadership in managing design teams, delivering high-impact digital solutions, and influencing stakeholders through strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in UX/UI or related fields is required, as well as expertise in agile methodologies, human-centered design, and accessibility standards.
Familiarity with courts and tribunals, as well as Digital NSW, is an advantage.
