Community Services Lead

You will lead a team in delivering high-quality, person-centred services to communities. Your experience in disability, mental health, or community services will be key to driving compliance with NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission requirements and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will lead, mentor, and support community services staff to deliver exceptional services.
  • You will oversee community-based programs, ensuring cultural safety and alignment with participant goals.
  • You will monitor service delivery and proactively address participant or stakeholder concerns.
Requirements:
  • You must have leadership experience in disability, mental health, or community services.
  • You must have strong knowledge of the NDIS and Quality & Safeguards Commission Standards.
  • You must have excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
