About Your Team
Our Client Services team is dedicated to delivering outstanding support to our clients and colleagues. As a team member, you'll work closely with our Associate Director and Client Services senior manager to provide invaluable support and enable sales functions through the business.
About Your Role
You'll be a vital source of first-line support, handling and resolving a wide range of issues from clients, including direct investors, financial advisers, and wholesale intermediaries. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the establishment of new client account openings, ensuring all documentation is received, verified, and accurately recorded.
- Answering phone and email enquiries, processing requests, and managing complaints.
- Managing fee rebate payments and facilitating RFP requests from Wholesale and Institutional clients.
- Supporting the research function within the Wholesale Sales team by maintaining research databases and providing regular and ad-hoc reporting and competitor analysis.
- Preparing client reporting needs and driving process improvements within the Client Services team.
- Explaining our products and services to clients, ensuring they get the best out of our tools.
About You
We're looking for someone with solid experience in customer service, distribution, and/or product environments within Funds Management. You'll need to be RG146 compliant, have experience completing RFP documents, and have knowledge of the Funds Management ecosystem. If you're a leader, a pro-active member of a small team, and can explain complex information in a clear and understandable way, we'd love to hear from you.
