A leading manufacturer of innovative goods is seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Coordinator to join their team. This role will involve planning maintenance activities, ensuring safety protocols are in place, adhering to environmental guidelines, and complying with legislative requirements.
Responsibilities:- Develop work procedures and job packages
- Identify and validate work requests
- Procure critical spares
- Assist in reviewing area backlogs and forward logs
- Arrange external contractors
- Procure external labor and materials (locate, receive quotes, evaluate, and purchase)
- Confirm availability of materials and plant items for scoped work
- Perform duties in accordance with relevant legislation, safety policies, environmental policies, quality policies, and corporate values
- Track shutdown planning, preparation, and execution progress
- Undertake Recipient in Charge (RIC) duties as required
- Raise work requests
- Arrange overhauls of removed equipment (rotables)
- Develop library plans for standard jobs
- Manage their planning work list
- Current Electrical Workers License and relevant trade qualification ('A' grade) or relevant qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in project scoping and understanding maps, survey plans, and scale drawings
- Ability to change responses, techniques, or approaches to situations or problems related to work operations
- Ability to work in a highly technical environment utilizing various computer programs and maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge
- Experience with SAP is highly desirable
