About the Role:
As a Dining Service Professional, you will play a vital role in providing nourishing meals that contribute to the health and well-being of our residents. You will work in our kitchen and servery team, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene.
About You:
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or aged care is preferred but not essential.
- You must have strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for working with older people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Understanding of the importance of maintaining residents' dignity and independence is also required.
- Awareness of food safety and hygiene practices is preferred, although training can be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation, presentation, and serving of meals to residents.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, dining areas, and food service spaces.
- Collaborate with the broader team to provide holistic support to residents.
- Foster a positive and inclusive community atmosphere within the care facility.
- Ensure dietary requirements and preferences are met for each resident.
Educational Requirements:
NNDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance is required for this role.
