Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our crew in Albury. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and engaging shopping experience for every customer. This includes serving customers with a smile, helping them find the perfect products, driving sales and working towards store goals, maintaining merchandising standards, managing stock levels and creating memorable customer experiences through product knowledge and enthusiasm.

  • Serve customers with a high level of service and assist them in finding the right products.
  • Contribute to achieving store sales targets and work collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals.
  • Maintain store visual displays and ensure merchandise is presented in an attractive and appealing manner.
  • Manage stock levels to ensure shelves are always full and tidy.
  • Develop strong product knowledge and use this to create memorable customer experiences.
