We are seeking a Mental Health Specialist to join our team in Darwin. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking for a long-term commitment, with options for both full-time and part-time schedules.
The RoleThis role involves working with a variety of clients, including children and adults, with a range of presentations. The caseload will be diverse and challenging, providing opportunities for growth and development.
As a Mental Health Specialist, you will become part of a large, supportive multidisciplinary team that includes Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and other Mental Health Professionals. Our on-site admin team will manage all appointments, follow-ups, billing, and paperwork, allowing you to focus on providing high-quality care to your clients.
Salary PackageStarting salary at $80k per annum + superannuation, depending on experience. 5 weeks of annual leave and mental health days. Professional development allowance and quarterly team training days.
About You- You must be passionate about working with a diverse range of clients.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with both children and adults.
- Experience in play therapy is desirable.
- You must be committed to collaborating with professional colleagues to support clients in NT.
- You hold a current Working with Children Check in NT (or are willing to obtain).
- You are currently registered with AHPRA.
- You are eligible for a Medicare Provider Number.
