Job Overview

This role offers a unique opportunity for a recent engineering graduate to join our team and contribute to the design and development of iconic projects. As a Graduate Facade Professional, you will work closely with experienced professionals to expand your technical expertise and foster creative solutions.

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

  • Undertaking façade consultancy, involving detailed engineering calculations, analysis, drawings, and specifications.
  • Reviewing contractor submissions, show drawings, and calculations to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Façade engineering design and buildability consultancy, encompassing material knowledge and installation techniques.
  • Assisting in preparing tender submissions and coordinating with the design/project team.
  • Liaising with clients and other disciplines within the company to develop strong relationships and project outcomes.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A recent Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil / Structures) or Architectural Engineering with full-work rights for Australia.
  • A passion for learning, collaboration, and the practical application of innovative ideas.
  • An appreciation for structural engineering and façades design principles.
  • Self-motivation, a desire to make a meaningful impact on project delivery, and excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant Australian building codes and standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package and ability to work efficiently across multiple projects.
  • Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strong organisational skills.
