About the role

Are you an experienced rope access window cleaner looking to take on a leadership role? Swan Facade Services' is seeking a skilled Rope Access Window Cleaning Team Lead to join our dedicated team in Perth, WA. In this full-time position, you will oversee a team of window cleaners utilising rope access techniques to provide high-quality services to our valued commercial clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate and supervise a team of rope access window cleaners to ensure efficient and safe service delivery
  • Train and develop team members to maintain the highest safety and quality standards
  • Ensure all work is completed to specification and within agreed timelines
  • Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Maintain detailed records and provide regular updates to management
  • Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety and environmental regulations

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • IRATA Level 2 or higher
  • Minimum of 1000 logged hours (Must show evidence of hours upon interview)
  • Minimum 2 years window cleaning experience (Must show evidence of previous employment undertaking window cleaning works)
  • Working at Heights
  • Valid Police Clearance within 1 year
  • Current Valid Australian Drivers License
  • Access to Vehicle

Desirable

  • Previous Height Safety Installation and Certification Experience
  • White Card

Candidates must be willing to undergo Drug & Alcohol testing prior to employment.
