Senior ICT Security Specialist Role Overview

This high-impact position focuses on leading, advising, and influencing secure ICT system design and delivery in a cutting-edge environment. As a senior security professional, you will contribute to the implementation of modern, secure mobility and cloud solutions for senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead comprehensive security assessments and manage stakeholder relationships across multiple technical teams.
  • Provide subject matter expert advice on ICT system security architecture, design, and configuration.
  • Conduct thorough system security control assessments and support secure system accreditation processes.
  • Develop and maintain threat modelling and security documentation processes to ensure robust security measures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in ICT security across architecture, governance, and risk management.
  • Deep understanding of Essential Eight, ISM, and PSPF compliance frameworks.
  • Ability to communicate complex systems to non-technical stakeholders through clear and concise explanations.
  • Current TSPV clearance and experience working on secure government systems is highly desirable.
