Chief Information Security Strategist

The Cyber Security Architect will assist the cyber security team in providing security architectural design review services to various stakeholders. This role is responsible for reviewing and providing constructive advice on architectural designs from a cyber security perspective.
- Review and provide considered security advice to stakeholders, team members, and executive.
- Provide leadership through the active consideration and resolution of cyber security concerns.
- Produce quality cyber security documentation and commentary.
- Effectively communicate security concepts and controls to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
This position requires someone with extensive knowledge of Australian Government Policies and frameworks. Key skills include:
- 5 years' experience as a security architect/security specialist.
- Extensive experience in ISM, PSPF, and the IRAP process.
- Experience working in large/complex ICT environments with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
- Demonstrated security relevant experience in Azure cloud services and Office-365 including Azure-AD, OMS, IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.

We need an expert who can take direction from the ITSA and represent the ITSA as required. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
