About the Role
This exciting opportunity as a Rehabilitation Consultant at Nabenet will see you work closely with injured claimants to help them return to work safely and sustainably. You will provide holistic support to our clients, helping to restore their highest level of functional performance and achieve a successful return to work. Working in a fast-paced environment driven by our company values of quality, customer service, outcomes, and teamwork, you will:
- Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services
- Conduct worksite assessments and identify potential return-to-work pathways using lateral thinking and forward planning skills
- Utilize problem-solving skills, clinical experience, and knowledge of injury management to perform assessments and facilitate return to work
- Liaise with various stakeholders, including insurance companies, medical practitioners, employers, and employees
- Develop personalized rehabilitation plans that support a whole-of-person approach to rehabilitation
- Develop quality early intervention strategies
- Present case information to stakeholders and provide credible recommendations to drive desired goals
Requirements
- A tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology and current accreditation with ESSA
- Full Australian working rights
- Current driver's license and car
