Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled hospitality professional to join our team as a Club Lounge Attendant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tend bar and serve food to guests in the Club Lounge
  • Stay up-to-date with daily updates on hotel requests and take appropriate action
  • Maintain the Club Lounge to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times
  • Assist with serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
  • Foster exceptional relationships with guests, understanding their needs and delivering tailored experiences
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage team to deliver seamless operational support
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new guests, driving loyalty and future bookings
About the Role

To succeed in this position, you will require:

  • A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
  • Relevant experience in a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid working rights in Australia
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and escalating career ambitions
  • Self-motivation, drive, and energy to excel in a dynamic setting
  • A genuine enthusiasm for food and beverage, including local wines, coffee, and cocktails
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences
