About the Role

We are seeking an experienced International Logistics Coordinator to join our team at PATH4 Group. As a key member of our Operations department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of global freight movements, both import and export, for our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee global freight movements, including import and export operations, to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination with clients.
  • Process all necessary documentation, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin, to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to meet client expectations and deliver outstanding results.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in International Logistics, Import/Export Operations, Customer Service, or Transport/Cartage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.
