About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled digital marketing professional to lead our team and drive online growth.

  • Lead and inspire our small team creating engaging content and driving online growth.
  • Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies to boost visibility engagement and sales.
  • Manage campaigns track results and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Run Meta and Google Ads with precision turning clicks into conversions.
  • Maintain and enhance our social media presence bringing our brand personality to life across various platforms.
  • Craft compelling email campaigns and automated flows to nurture our community.
  • Ensure our WordPress store looks amazing and runs smoothly with a seamless shopping experience.
  • Bring creative flair to photoshoots launches and campaigns that captivate our customers.
  • Collaborate with our retail space and partners to implement impactful marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • Full Australian working rights
  • 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing for an eCommerce brand
  • A passion for both creativity and analytics and how they work together
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress Mailchimp Meta Google Analytics and eCommerce best practices
  • A proven track record of running campaigns that drive growth
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Canva Photoshop or similar
  • A positive attitude and collaborative spirit
