Scientific Laboratory Professional

The role of a Scientific Laboratory Professional involves ensuring the quality and accuracy of laboratory work. This position requires attention to detail and adherence to established protocols.

Responsibilities:
  • Understand and implement sample preparation and analysis processes using X-ray Fluorescence (XRF) technology.
  • Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of laboratory equipment, including analytical and sample preparation instruments.
  • Deliver high-quality samples to both internal and external customers, meeting their requirements and expectations.
  • Develop a strong understanding of assay methods and recognize different sample types.

To be successful in this role, candidates should have:

  • Previous experience working in a similar laboratory environment.
  • Knowledge and skills in sample preparation techniques.
  • A current driver's license for efficient sample transportation.
  • Experience with fusion XRF analysis is highly desirable.
  • Relevant laboratory-based qualifications or equivalent training in a related field are preferred.
