About the Position
- Deliver exceptional customer service to create a welcoming environment for members and guests.
- Provide gaming machine support, ensuring seamless operations and timely payouts.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Operate tills and manage cash transactions efficiently.
- Assist with drink orders, delivery, and reset of jackpot wins.
- Cleanliness of amenities and public areas is crucial for a positive member experience.
This role requires flexibility, including availability on Friday nights and weekends. Shifts may be rostered from evening to early morning hours during peak periods.
