The Role

We seek an experienced Senior Proposal Manager based in Perth, supporting business growth across the globe.

This collaborative role requires a skilled communicator to liaise internally and externally, driving client success and business growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing competitive proposal submissions that meet client needs and offer value-added alternatives.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including technical experts and project managers, to ensure successful delivery of client projects and proposals.
  • Managing client expectations from initial introduction through proposal construction and submission.
  • Ensuring effective handover to the relevant project manager upon proposal award.
  • Scheduling projects and managing subcontractors as required for proposals.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in proposal development and management within the mining industry, with a strong understanding of technical mining services.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members and clients.

A technical engineering background is essential, with Mining Engineering or Geology preferred.
