
Sales Excellence Coordinator

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic sales professional to join our team during our busiest and most exciting time of year.
As a Peak Sales Ambassador, you'll be the face of Glue Store – creating memorable interactions, connecting customers with the latest product, and contributing to a high-performing, high-energy team.
The Role- Prioritising every customer and delivering standout service, every time
- Engaging with customers through a fun, approachable and confident sales style
- Supporting in-store operations including processing sales, returns, and gift vouchers
- Sharing your product knowledge to help customers style their look
- Assisting Department Managers and contributing to store-wide success
- Following daily operational procedures including store opening and closing
- Working collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Contributing to a culture of accountability, positivity and continuous improvement
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus (but not essential)
- A passion for fashion, culture and creating a next-level customer experience
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving store goals and KPIs
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Willingness to learn, adapt and grow within a supportive environment
