About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Cloud Transformation Principal Consultant to join our team at Datacom. As a key member of our digital team, you will play a critical role in helping our customers navigate the complexities of cloud transformation and adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead customer engagements to assess their cloud transformation needs and develop industry-leading roadmaps and solutions.
  • Develop and implement cloud and digital technologies to solve customer business challenges.
  • Provide enablement and guidance in modern ways of working, including cloud native practices and DevSecOps culture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cloud adoption and strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in cloud computing to ensure our customers receive the best possible solutions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in cloud adoption and transformation, with a strong understanding of cloud native practices and DevSecOps culture.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong consultative approach, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with cloud provider-specific Cloud Adoption and Well-Architected Frameworks.
  • Strong familiarity with cloud provider-specific tools and technologies, including AWS and Azure.
  • Commercial acumen, with experience leading proposal and SOW development.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
