A visionary professional is sought to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive Master Data Management (MDM) strategy, aligning with overarching business objectives.

This role will be responsible for establishing a robust data governance framework and driving consistent, high-quality data standards in collaboration with data producers and consumers.

The position will also support the rollout of MDM initiatives across additional domains in future phases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement an enterprise-wide MDM strategy that aligns with organisational goals.
  • Collaborate closely with the data architecture team to design and deploy solutions meeting functional and technical requirements.
  • Engage with data owners and consumers, participating in cross-functional forums to resolve MDM-related challenges.
  • Promote and drive adoption of MDM practices across the organisation, highlighting value and facilitating knowledge sharing.
  • Establish and oversee appropriate data governance, quality assurance processes, and monitoring frameworks within MDM operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in defining and executing enterprise-level MDM strategies, with a track record of hands-on implementation in complex environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of MDM platforms, data integration, and associated toolsets.
  • Strong expertise in data architecture, governance, and quality management, with proven delivery experience.
  • Strategic mindset and strong problem-solving skills, especially in resolving cross-domain data challenges.
