Job Title: Clinical Expert

Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to serve as the clinical expert for all products within the Monitoring Solutions portfolio. This involves working closely with the Segment Leader to develop regional strategies and provide valuable customer feedback.

As a Clinical Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting in the development of sales, marketing, and customer service strategies using your domain expertise, market knowledge, and product insights. You will also engage with Segment Global Applications leaders to stay current on clinical best practices and incorporate them into regional strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales, marketing, and customer service strategies using domain expertise, market knowledge, and product insights.
  • Engage with Segment Global Applications leaders to stay current on clinical best practices.
  • Utilize clinical workflow knowledge to enable value creation and problem-solving ability.
  • Support Zone Applications and Commercial teams with tender responses.
  • Provide ongoing training and education to Zone Product and Commercial teams.
  • Participate in webinars and work with customer simulation centers.
  • Represent GE Healthcare at industry association events.
  • Contribute to digital content creation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in nursing, medicine, or another healthcare-related field.
  • Current registration in a healthcare-related field (if applicable).
  • Healthcare product/industry acumen.
  • Ability to build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in the healthcare industry.
  • Customer-facing skills and presentation abilities.
  • Team player with strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in marketing or commercial roles.
  • Expertise in market and customer insights, product commercialization, and branding.
  • Innovation skills through collaboration and idea execution.
  • Influencing skills to motivate individuals and demonstrate organizational influence.
