Job Opportunity for a Staff Specialist

This is an exciting part-time position available for a highly skilled and experienced Staff Specialist in Child & Adolescent or Youth Mental Health.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive medical assessments and provide expert management of patients within the department/service.
  • Collaborate effectively with medical and other healthcare professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Communicate clearly with patients, colleagues, and staff to ensure seamless collaboration across multiple sites.
Requirements:
  • Registration or eligibility for registration with the Medical Board of Australia (AHPRA).
  • Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) and/or equivalent specialist recognition as provided by the Health Insurance Act 1973 and relevant Award/Determination.
  • Demonstrated subspecialty training in Child & Adolescent or Youth Mental Health.
