We're a leading candle and home decor company with a passion for igniting joy in our customers. With over 150 stores across Australia and New Zealand, we're expanding our presence and seeking a talented Cluster Manager to lead our south WA region.
Job SummaryWe're looking for a business leader with a proven track record of success to oversee our south WA region. As a Cluster Manager, you'll be responsible for leading teams across multiple locations, prioritizing customer experience, and driving sales and KPI targets. If you're a strong communicator, a whiz on the computer, and a flexible thinker, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and inspire teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Manage sales and KPI targets across the region
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation standards are exceptional
- Manage stock and prevent loss
- Provide a safe environment for teams and customers
- Regional travel
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and mentor teams for high performance and succession planning
- Proven ability to achieve sales and KPI targets
- Experience within a high-volume stock and merchandise environment
- Professional communication skills
- Flexible to contribute during peak gifting periods
