Job Summary

As a Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for leading teams across multiple locations, prioritizing customer experience, and driving sales and KPI targets. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Manage sales and KPI targets across the region
• Ensure Visual Merchandising and store presentation standards are exceptional
• Manage stock and prevent loss
• Provide a safe environment for team and customers
• Regional travel
