This position is crucial in providing essential support during the capture phase and leading the bid phase activities for environmental, engineering, and project management initiatives within the Defence sector. You will become an integral part of a respected team that values excellence and achievement, driven by core principles of quality, reliability, passion, and persistence.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will:
- Collaborate with technical bid leaders to oversee the bid process effectively.
- Develop and coordinate persuasive content for submissions and presentations.
- Facilitate and lead bid strategy sessions, reviews, and risk assessment workshops.
- Ensure bid teams adhere to timelines to produce high-quality documentation under tight deadlines.
- Enhance and maintain the repository of Defence pursuit materials.
While the following qualifications and experiences are preferred, we encourage all interested candidates to apply, as we value diverse backgrounds:
- A degree in journalism, English, marketing & communications, or a related discipline.
- Over 3 years of experience in a similar capacity, with experience in Defence tendering being advantageous.
- Proven ability to cultivate internal client relationships and perform under pressure.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
- A commitment to continuous learning and the ability to obtain and maintain a Defence Security clearance.
