As a Maintenance and Reliability Planner, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining maintenance schedules for equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Utilising computerised maintenance management systems to schedule work orders, track maintenance activities, and analyse equipment performance data.
  • Collaborating with suppliers, OEMs, and maintenance teams to maintain adequate stock levels of spare parts and consumables.
  • Working closely with reliability engineers and maintenance technicians to implement reliability-centered maintenance strategies and optimise preventive maintenance schedules.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of maintenance management principles, including preventive maintenance strategies, reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), and condition-based maintenance (CBM).
  • Experience working in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in computerised maintenance management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
