About the Role:

The Site Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of site operations, including production management, quality control, customer service, and inventory management. You will also be responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving any issues or concerns, and maintaining open communication channels.

Main Responsibilities:

* Oversee the production management of the workshop, ensuring that vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition, meeting the highest standards of quality and safety.
* Manage customer relationships, resolving any issues or concerns, and maintaining open communication channels.
* Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all repairs meet the required standards.
* Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity, reducing waste and minimizing costs.
* Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to win new customers.
* Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions, improving profitability and market share.

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the heavy vehicle repair industry.
* Proven track record of success in leading teams, driving business growth, and improving operational efficiency.
* Strong understanding of quality management systems, including ISO 9001:2015.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or engineering.
