Job Opportunity

Support and develop your skills in risk management whilst working with a team of professionals.

  • Contribute to the daily operations of the Risk and Insurance function.
  • Develop strategic risk management plans and implement them across the business.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement and maintain enterprise risk management software.
  • Prepare timely, accurate, and concise risk management reports for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of the company's enterprise risk management methodology.
  • Participate in scheduled and ad-hoc risk assessment activities across the business.
  • Support the development and implementation of the company's ERM roadmap.
  • Assist in managing, improving, and testing the enterprise risk management software.
  • Help prepare timely, accurate, and concise risk management reports for stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum 1-4 years' experience in a similar role, including risk management, risk analysis or auditing.
  • Familiarity with risk management standards (ISO31000) and methodologies.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Adaptability in learning new corporate software.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly MS Excel data analytics, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience working with data analytics tools and dashboarding software.
  • Knowledge of SAP systems.
  • Sound verbal and written communication in Simplified Chinese (Mandarin).
  • Relevant professional designations.
  • Experience in managing insurance requirements, contracts, and renewals.
  • Experience working in a publicly listed company.
