Job Overview

The ICT Support Specialist plays a key role in delivering responsive and customer-focused support to IT users across the organisation. This position is responsible for receiving, logging, and resolving service desk incidents and requests, providing Tier 1 and, where appropriate, Tier 2 support for a wide range of technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, log, and resolve service desk incidents and requests
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for court-related technologies
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents and requests
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

Other Requirements

The appointment is under the Courts Administration Act 1993. Terms and conditions of employment are governed by the Public Sector Act 2009. Appointment is dependent upon a current National Police Certificate that the employer finds satisfactory. May be required to participate in a roster system between the hours of 8.00 am and 6.00 pm Monday to Friday and/or participate in a roster to provide after-hours on-call services or weekend work.
