Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be part of a diverse group of individuals working together to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role: Our Dairy team plays a crucial role in delivering great standards and availability for chilled and frozen products. Your responsibilities will include ensuring our freezers and chilled sections are fully stocked and maintaining exceptional store standards to deliver a great shopping experience for customers.
About You and Your Skills:
- Provide great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
- Take pride in your work
- Be knowledgeable about products and services
- Work comfortably in cold temperatures for extended periods
- Be physically active, with moderate to heavy lifting and reaching required
- Availability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends
