Procurement Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Procurement Officer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and a passion for technology, with at least 3-5 years of Procurement experience.

About the Role

This key role will involve working closely with suppliers, managing purchase orders, and ensuring value-for-money assessments are carried out effectively.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, developing effective relationships with suppliers, and performing procurement-related activities as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source R&D materials requested by Engineering.
  • Request quotations from new and approved suppliers.
  • Purchase general supplies and production components.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Perform value-for-money assessments and follow delegation of authority when releasing POs.
Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of Procurement experience.
  • Experience in procurement for manufacturing, including BoM management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of engineering or technical environments is highly desirable.
