About the Role

Our team is seeking a seasoned professional to lead client-facing project delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes and strong stakeholder satisfaction.


  • Lead multiple projects at varying stages of delivery, utilizing exceptional technical expertise in Electrical Building Services including LV power systems and lighting design.
  • Assist with business development initiatives, identifying new project opportunities and nurturing long-term client relationships.
  • Manage internal teams and oversee engineering assessments across complex projects.
  • Represent our organization in industry forums, client presentations, and strategic meetings to enhance market presence.
  • Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

This is a full-time role that combines technical expertise with business acumen and client engagement. As a senior member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a pivotal role in driving project success, expanding client relationships, and assisting with business development opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:


  • 15+ years of experience
  • Proven experience in a design consultancy environment, with a strong track record of client engagement and project leadership.
  • Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for building client relationships and assisting with growing business pipelines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A collaborative, can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
