About the Opportunity

Our Health & Safety Business Partner role presents a chance to contribute significantly to shaping a comprehensive Work Health & Safety (WHS) strategy for a leading retailer in Australia.

We are seeking a skilled communicator who is passionate about Health & Safety and excels at working across various tasks to support large-scale transformation.

You will lead the implementation of the health and safety framework and strategy into retail franchisees across Australia, partnering with stakeholders including retail franchisee teams, warehouse staff, and corporate executives.

The ideal candidate will have suitable experience in a work health and safety role, demonstrated knowledge and expertise in the application of health and safety legislation, and relevant qualifications or training in Health and Safety or a related discipline.

  • Develop and execute key deliverables of the health and safety framework and strategy across diverse H&S risk profiles.
  • Support the delivery of the Health & Safety Framework and Strategy.
  • Lead the development and implementation of the recommended Health & Safety Framework and Strategy for retail franchisees.
  • Complete action plans, provide detailed reporting, and data analysis, along with communicating findings to the business.
