Job Title

Seeking Experienced Stakeholder Engagement Professional

Join our team as a skilled stakeholder engagement specialist to contribute to the coordination of key consultation activities, community engagement, and education.

  • Develop and implement strategic stakeholder engagement plans, programs, projects, and initiatives for the Rental team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Coordinate specific stakeholder outreach and education initiatives, dialogue, and other forums of engagement to understand key concerns and issues.
  • Research, write, and produce high-quality text and visual content for presentations and briefings.
  • Collaborate with internal customers, stakeholders, and the communications team to ensure content aligns with the organisational strategy.
  • Contribute to project working groups and cross-government initiatives, and the development and evaluation of integrated engagement strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance content understanding and engagement.
  • Monitor, document, evaluate, and report on the outcomes of engagement and project implementation.

Key skills required include:

  • Experience in planning and coordinating large and small stakeholder forums, working groups, and events.
  • Excellent self-management and attention to detail.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of contemporary communication policies and practices.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills.
