We are seeking dynamic and highly skilled Front of House Supervisors to lead our team through a busy period.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a supervisory role within a fast-paced hospitality environment, with strong floor and bar service skills and excellent communication abilities.

A key focus will be on leading by example, managing bookings and sections efficiently, ensuring smooth service delivery and maintaining high standards across the venue.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Support and train front-of-house staff to maintain high standards
  • Maintain a positive team environment and lead by example
  • Juggle multiple tasks while providing attentive service to customers
  • Coordinate service flow and manage bookings effectively
  • Foster open communication with colleagues and handle customer feedback professionally

Your Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of floor and bar service, including beverage preparation and presentation
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, remaining calm and composed
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A proven track record of motivating and supporting team members
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required
