Senior Associate in Transformation Assurance

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our fast-growing Transformation Assurance team in Sydney. As a trusted advisor, you will provide independent assurance and advice on major transformation projects, helping clients create value and improve their operational efficiency.

About the Role
  • Act as a trusted advisor to program directors and executives in relation to programs of work and transformation activity.
  • Help clients gain confidence that key projects and programs are aligned to their strategic objectives, are on track, and will deliver the required quality of output.
  • Identify key risks to success of projects/programs and recommend solutions to clients.
  • Review and analyse critical project/program artefacts against best practice methodologies.
  • Collaborate and build relationships in our internal teams as part of our enterprise assurance approach.
  • Coach and mentor junior colleagues.
About You
  • You have 2-5 years of experience in project/program management, coordination, or business analysis.
  • You are skilled in proactively identifying project risks and hold an understanding of project management methodologies (preferably with Agile, PMP, MSP, PRINCE2, BABOK, or a similar certification).
  • You are passionate about being at the forefront of change and ready to be part of our Transformation Assurance team helping organisations de-risk leading transformation projects.
  • You are collaborative and enjoy working in an innovative environment.
