Accounting Support Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an accounting support specialist.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for learning. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support on a range of accounting and advisory matters, including financial reporting, budgeting, and taxation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare financial reports, statements, and other documents for clients.
  • Support senior staff in budget preparation, cash flow analysis, and tax planning.
  • Assist with income tax return preparation, BAS preparation, and indirect taxes.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have completed or be in the process of completing a university degree in accounting or a related field. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

A strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as experience working in public practice, would be highly regarded.
