We seek an enthusiastic Accounts Payable Officer to join our team on a full-time basis based out of our Head Office in Burswood.

About the Role

Working with our Senior Accounts Payable Officer and the broader Accounts team, your key roles include:

  • Allocation of invoices and internal invoice approval
  • Processing supplier invoicing
  • Preparation of weekly creditor payment runs
  • Communication with suppliers, including queries and onboarding
  • Reconciliation of statements and month-end review

Accounts Payable Officer Job Description
