About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns using CRM platforms
  • Design and support automated customer journeys and segmentation strategies
  • Collaborate with creative and digital teams to ensure timely asset delivery
  • Analyze campaign performance and refine campaign effectiveness through A/B testing
  • Maintain dashboards and campaign reports, providing actionable insights
  • Assist in loyalty program communications and member engagement tracking
  • Work cross-functionally with business units to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives
Requirements:
  • You bring 2–3+ years of experience in marketing and customer engagement
  • Proficient in CRM platforms, with hands-on experience in building emails and setting up automation workflows
  • You have a strong grasp of customer segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing
  • You're analytical, detail-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic environment
  • You take initiative, work autonomously, and communicate effectively across teams
