Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales and Community Engagement Specialist, who will play a crucial role in connecting our products and services with the local community. This full-time opportunity is based at our Booragoon store, with occasional requests to work at our Rockingham store.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be passionate about serving their local community, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • You will take ownership of the customer experience, providing end-to-end support across multiple channels - whether in-store, over the phone, in the community, or via messaging.
  • You will solve everyday challenges, adapt quickly, and keep customers at the heart of everything you do.
  • You will be results-driven, always open to new ideas and ways of working.

This role offers a flexible rotating roster working between the hours of 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, with some Saturday work. If you're a multitasker who confidently supports customers across messaging, face-to-face, and phone channels, we want to hear from you.
