We are seeking a skilled Strategic Technology Infrastructure Specialist to join our client's team in shaping their technology infrastructure and delivering innovative solutions.

About the Role:

  • As a key member of the systems and transformation team, you will work closely with stakeholders to define, design, and deliver optimal solutions that align with business objectives.
  • You will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing, and validating business requirements, ensuring clear communication and alignment with stakeholders.
  • In this role, you will translate business needs into technical requirements, collaborating with software developers to ensure seamless integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements to ensure clear communication and alignment with stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements, collaborating with software developers to ensure optimal solutions.
  • Create detailed design documents, including data flows, process flows, and system configurations.
  • Configure Salesforce and other systems, developing flows, validation rules, and reports.
  • Assist in project planning, tracking progress, and managing risks and issues.
  • Conduct thorough testing, including UAT, to ensure system quality and user satisfaction.
  • Generate insightful reports and dashboards to support decision-making.

What We're Looking For:

  • A strong understanding of BABOK and Agile methodologies.
  • ERP system knowledge.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, and SQL.
  • ITIL certification is highly desirable.
  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Analyst) are highly desirable.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is beneficial.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
