Credit Controller Job Description

This role involves managing customer accounts and overseeing cash collections. It requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and make decisions.

  • Key responsibilities include:
    • Manage customer accounts and oversee cash collections
    • Respond promptly and accurately to customer enquiries about account status
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders
    • Assist customer service teams with resolving account disputes
    • Prepare and update stop service lists and related data
    • Engage directly with customers to process outstanding invoices and meet KPI targets

  • Proven experience in high-volume B2B collections
  • A customer-first mindset and the ability to build trust and rapport
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
