About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Catering Coordinator to join our Brisbane Operations team on a full-time basis. As a member of this collaborative team, you will operate as the face of our firm, playing a critical role in the delivery of internal and external client services.

As a Catering Coordinator, you will be responsible for the supervision of the Brisbane Catering Team, providing a high standard of food and beverage service, including coffee service and setting up/clearing for functions/meetings. You will also assist the in-house café and coordinate, lead, and support the Brisbane Catering Team with support from the Catering Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless delivery of all catering requirements, including internal and external client events.
  • Supervise the Brisbane Catering Team, ensuring high standards of food and beverage service.
  • Assist the in-house café and coordinate, lead, and support the Brisbane Catering Team.
  • Ensure recognised service level standards are consistently met.
Requirements
  • Certification in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
  • 1-2 years' experience in a hospitality environment (boardroom experience highly desirable)
  • Previous experience as a Catering Coordinator or similar guest relations experience
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences
  • Impeccable grooming standards and a professional phone manner
  • Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure
